Argos occupies a compact tenancy along Queens Parade, negotiating the dual demands of a fish shop and restaurant within a tightly confined footprint and modest budget. The design responds by treating the interior as a single, fluid space, where programmatic shifts are expressed through material and atmosphere rather than walls or partitions.

Texture becomes the primary architectural device. Robust, honest materials are layered to withstand the practical demands of a food environment while lending depth and character to the interior. Surfaces are tactile and restrained, allowing the space to feel grounded and purposeful, yet warm and inviting for diners.
